Refund Policy
Digital delivery
Because the product is downloadable and access is provided immediately after verified payment, completed purchases are generally final once the files have been made available.
When we will help
Contact us if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, paid successfully but cannot access the files, received the wrong edition, or received a damaged or unusable file. We will verify the transaction and restore delivery, replace the file or review a refund where the problem cannot reasonably be corrected.
How to request a review
Email elvis.onunwa@berlvis.com with the email used for payment, your Paystack reference and a short description of the problem. Do not send card numbers or other sensitive payment details.
Timing
Please report delivery problems within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route and may take additional time to appear depending on Paystack and your financial institution.
